With my Dutch roots, being trilingual (Dutch, French and English) and my international experience, I am known for being open-minded with a transparent and direct approach. My clients ask for my special recruiter flair.

I connect people and look for the best match possible. The best match is not just the person with the perfect CV, most important is to select the candidate with the right and best motivation for the job.

I am truly passionate about my job as a head-hunter. It’s more than just placing a candidate.  I love to see them grow into their new job and it is very satisfying to help them in finding the right opportunity for their future career path.

I have started my career 20 years ago in the Netherlands as a Lawyer. 15 years ago I made a career change into the headhunting business. I have worked for many years for an international recruitment firm in the Netherlands, Belgium and France. 

At the end of 2020 I have decided to launch my own boutique called Tulip Search to offer a tailor made solution for my candidates and clients.

I started my career as an auditor with Mazars and have 20 years of experience in the recruitment business. I worked for one of the major recruitment groups in France and Belgium for almost 15 years.
I decided to join Renske in 2023, convinced by her model of offering a tailormade headhunting service and an A-to-Z approach in a context of absolute talent shortage for our clients.
